Born from the experience of managing tourist trips for more than two decades. Having accompanied clients to different cities and countries as previously known as KAM, Saff. has gained immense readiness to offer exceptional services that leave a lasting impression. Saff’s presence signifies the growth of our previous partnership with KAM. It is now time for both of us to progress further, together, taking one step at a time.

Good understanding and capable on Corporate Planning, Marketing & Sales, e-Commerce, Service Innovation & Quality Management, Passenger & Cargo Handling, etc. Some acomplish special projects such as Redefining Garuda Indonesia Service Concept Project (2010) which is now known as “Garuda Experience”, Revamping Garuda Contact Center Project (2013)
